DOT continues to focus on tracking and following up on 311 service requests using data supplied by CountyStat to target specific areas with the resources needed to meet compliance goals. By continuing this course of action the overall compliance with SLAs has steadily improved. Beyond this, service requests are reviewed daily and if a service request is not being addressed in a timely manner, the pertinent staff member will be notified to ensure that there is a prompt resolution. Additionally, all divisions monitor their SLA's as they may change as business changes.
