COUNTYSTAT MEETINGS

CountyStat convenes both working groups and formal meetings that bring together County leadership, program managers, and community partners to analyze data, review performance strategies and results, and plan new performance improvement efforts. Some working groups and sessions are reoccurring, while others are one-time sessions to address a specific issue.

CountyStat has three meeting types:

  • Single Department – The meeting topic focuses on the data and performance of one department in the executive branch.
  • Cross-Department – The meeting topic focuses on the data and performance of an initiative or problem that requires the collaboration and/or input of multiple executive branch departments. Examples include overtime, positive youth development and pedestrian safety.
  • CountyStat Support – CountyStat is not the principal driver of the meeting, but is providing support in terms of data analysis or strategic guidance.

Upcoming and past CountyStat meetings are shown in the table below. For upcoming meetings that are public, you can RSVP by clicking the "RSVP" link. For past meetings, you can view the meeting slides and follow-up memo.
